Energy upgrade works with ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite System), replacement of 5-chamber casings with energy glazing, Exterior thermal insulation of concrete roof, modification of external openings with addition of fiberboard with graphite expanded polystyrene, construction of “inverted roof” thermal insulation with installation, polyethylene drainage membrane with conical protrusions, extruded polystyrene and addition of turf to the final layer, installation of a solar collector and connection to an existing oil burner-boiler with automatic DHW (Domestic Hot Water) selection system.
