PREPARATIONS & CONSTRUCTION WORKS OF INDUSTRIAL FLOOR WITH EPOXY PAINTING IN THE AREA OF THE ENGINE PLANT OF GOLDAIR HANDLING AT THESSALONIKI AIRPORT

 Construction of rigid reinforced floor, industrial type, surface hardening with the application of a mixture of quartz aggregates, consisting of C20/25 category concrete, small thickness, reinforced with T131 mesh and 18mm polypropylene fibers.

Application of special epoxy two-component dispersion paint, which meets the specifications for its application on freshly concreted floor with excellent results in mechanical stress. The above paint is of Swiss technology, acquires passability in 12h from its application, complete hardening in 5 days and final strength in 14 days.

For the outer part of the floor to protect the final layer, transparent polyurethane paint was applied, to protect from ultraviolet radiation.
