ENERGY UPGRADE AND PARTIAL RENOVATION OF A WHOLE FLOOR APARTMENT IN CHARILAOU

Energy upgrade works with ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite System), replacement of frames with 5-chamber ones and energy glazing, installation of a selective solar collector with a surface of 3,0 m² on the flat roof, capacity 160lt with thermal insulation of high density cast ecological polyurethane. The apartment was partially renovated, with a living room retrofitting, false ceiling construction, restoration of coatings, electrical retrofitting and wall paintings.
