ENERGY UPGRADE OF A DETACHED HOUSE IN KARDIA, THESSALONIKI

Energy upgrade works with ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite System), replacement of 5-chamber casings with energy glazing, internal thermal insulation and soundproofing of concrete tiled roof, with construction of false ceiling and filling with stone wool of 100kg/m3, modification of external openings with the addition of fiberboard with stone wool and graphite expanded polystyrene, construction of thermal insulation of “inverted roof” with installation of bitumen sheet, polyethylene drainage membrane with conical protrusions, extruded polystyrene and addition of paving slabs as a final layer, installation of a solar collector and connection to an existing gas burner-boiler with automatic DHW (Domestic Hot Water) selection system.
