RENOVATION & ENERGY UPGRADE OF AN APARTMENT – VERMIIOU ST.

The renovation includes the reconstruction of the bathroom with different layouts of sanitary fixtures, removal of deteriorated plaster and plumbing installations, construction of plasterboard ceilings, replacement of electrical installations, painting of walls both inside and outside the building, installation of LED lighting systems, replacement of window frames, as well as marble floor polishing and work on the sewage tank. The work on the sewage tank includes the removal of old pavement slabs and ground slabs, excavation for its removal and cleaning of the area, as well as the excavation and installation of a perforated concrete shaft with geotextile and submersible pump. The building’s sewage system was connected to the main pipeline using a mechanical trap.

Energy upgrade works were carried out using an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS), as well as replacement of window frames with five-chamber profiles and energy-efficient glazing.
