The house underwent renovation works, with complete reconstruction of the bathrooms, upgrade of heating network, restoration of coatings, construction of a new kitchen, electrical transformations with construction of switchboard and possibility of power supply to the building with electricity, installation of remote control network (smart home) via internet , remote control data network, indoor and outdoor logging network, ethernet network, alarm network installation, installation of sockets in the surrounding area, automatic installation of rainwater pumping at the ground floor entrance, port floor tiling and floor tile.

Energy upgrade works with SSETH (Composite Exterior Thermal Insulation System), thermal insulation of all tiled roofs (cold and hot roof), replacement of windows with aluminum thermal insulation (with thermal break) and energy glazing, thermal insulation surface 3.0 m2 on the roof, boiler capacity 200lt, triple energy with thermal insulation of high density cast ecological polyurethane, electronic automatic device or remote control for heating mode selection (solar collector-electricity-oil).
