PARTIAL RENOVATION OF A HOLIDAY HOME IN NEA SKIONI, CHALKIDIKI

The country house was partially renovated, with repairs of concrete parts and reinforcement of the body with special repair cement of high strength and corrosion inhibitors for reinforcement, restoration of loose coatings, electrical retrofitting and installation of alarm wiring, replacement of frames with colored 5-chamber synthetic frames and energy glazing, replacement of shutters with new aluminum colored ones, installation of a selective solar collector with a surface area of 3.0 m2 on the tiled roof, capacity 160lt with thermal insulation of cast ecological polyurethane of high density and colorings of the internal and external walls as well as the built-in closets.
