COMPLETE RENOVATION & REFIT OF OFFICE SPACES – KONSTANTINOPOLOTIKA, THESSALONIKI

A complete renovation of office premises was carried out, including works in both interior and exterior areas, in accordance with the approved architectural and engineering plans.

The renovation included demolition of wall constuction, drywall systems, suspended ceilings, and custom constructions, as well as removal of outdated electrical and plumbing installations. New drywall partitions and wall claddings were constructed, along with perimeter bulkheads and ceiling-mounted support structures for glass partitions and MEP networks. New metal suspended ceilings were installed, including perforated and open-cell grid types.

All walls and ceilings were finished with high-quality spatula-applied acrylic paints. Pressed cement screed (patiti) was applied in all WC areas and on selected structural elements within the open plan area.

All restroom areas were fully constructed, including an accessible WC (ADA-compliant), with new plumbing and drainage installations, wall renders, tiling, and installation of sanitary fixtures. Special ADA equipment was also installed, such as grab bars, adjustable mirrors, wall-mounted toilets, and basins.

Waterproofing works were executed on selected areas of the roof and the front cornice, and damages from previous mechanical penetrations (e.g. old air ducts) were restored.
