FULL APARTMENT RENOVATION & ENERGY UPGRADE – SYKIES, THESSALONIKI

The project included a full renovation of the bathroom and kitchen, along with the replacement of plumbing installations, domestic hot-water (DHW) networks, heating system, and electrical wiring, as well as the installation of LED lighting fixtures.

All window and door frames were replaced, and new floor finishes and tile wall claddings were applied.

Energy-efficiency upgrades were also carried out, including external wall insulation using the ETICS system and the construction of suspended ceilings with thermal insulation. Additionally, interior and exterior surfaces were repainted, balcony canopies were repaired, and the roof was waterproofed with a white liquid polyurethane membrane to prevent future moisture damage and maximize solar reflectivity.
