CONSTRUCTION OF A THREE-STORY SPORTS CENTER WITH INDOOR SWIMMING POOL, TWO UNDERGROUND PARK STATIONS, NETWORK AND FIRE EXTINGUISHING TANK, CAFE, ROOF GARDEN AND SPORTS SHOP

The plot with an area of ​​1,245.53 m² is located in the extension of Kalamarias Street, at the junction of G. Lampraki and R. Ferraiou streets. The main entrance of the building is located on Riga Ferraiou Street and leads to the elevated ground floor, on this side of the plot. On the ground floor and the first floor there are gyms with a total area of ​​865 m². The pool is located on the ground floor level on the side of Georgiou Lampraki Street. On the second top and smaller floor there is a cafe with an area of ​​48 m² with plenty of outdoor space. In the first basement are developed 2 squash courts, as well as all the auxiliary areas of the gym: locker rooms, showers, storage rooms and the mechanical facilities of the pool. The second basement is used as a parking space and below the Squash courts are the electromechanical installations of the building.
