APARTMENT RENOVATION & ENERGY UPGRADE OF A TOP FLOOR APARTMENT – PAPAFI STREET, THESSALONIKI

Energy upgrade works with ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite System), replacement of casings with 5-chamber ones and energy glazing, roof waterproofing with HYPERDESMO cast polyurethane film, “inverted roof” thermal insulation with placement over the waterproofing film, polyethylene drainage membrane with conical protrusions, geotextile and thermal insulation tiles of extruded polystyrene 8cm thick. The apartment was renovated, with complete reconstruction of the bathroom, restoration of coatings, electrical modifications, constructions and remodeling of wardrobes, smoothing of floor marbles, coloration of walls and interior doors.
