ENERGY UPGRADE AND PARTIAL RENOVATION OF AN APARTMENT IN DELPHON STREET IN THESSALONIKI

Energy upgrade works with ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite System), internal roof thermal insulation with false ceiling and expanded graphite polystyrene, replacement of frames with 5-chamber ones and energy glazing, installation of a selective solar collector surface 3.0 m2 on the flat roof, capacity 160lt with thermal insulation of cast ecological polyurethane of high density, installation and placement of inverter air conditioners of A+++ energy class. The apartment was partially renovated, and restoration of coatings, electrical retrofitting and wall colorings were carried out.
