RENOVATION & ENERGY UPGRADE OF A WHOLE FLOOR APARTMENT IN GLYFADA

Renovation & energy upgrade works in a whole floor apartment in Glyfada, with partial internal thermal insulation of walls with expanded graphite polystyrene, replacement of sliding frames with opening synthetic 5-chamber ones and energy glazing, installation of a selective solar collector with a surface of 2.4 m2 on the flat roof, capacity 160lt with thermal insulation of cast ecological polyurethane of high-density.

In the apartment was carried out a partial renovation of bathroom and WC, laminate flooring, replacement of the front door with an armored one, restoration of coatings and coloring of internal and external walls.
