ASSEMBLED BOLT-ON COMMERCIAL WAREHOUSE OF PARASIDIS GR. & CO G.P. IN SINDOS, THESSALONIKI

Construction of an industrial alloy assembled with metal elements and offices in Sindos, Thessaloniki, for the needs of PARASIDIS GR. & CO G.P. carrier.

The building is  substructured in a poor quality swampy subsoil and the aquifer is located just 1m below the natural ground. There has been a general excavation on the surface that the building has occupied at a depth of 0.90m. Laying with quarry gravel to a thickness of 0.30m, on non-woven geotextile of 200gr/m². Execution of drillings for the construction of drilled piles F 600 at a depth of 9m with heads of reinforced concrete of dimensions 1.50m X 1.50m X 0.50m.

The building facilities include the construction of a ground floor of an industrial installation, industrial flooring, special constructions of concrete – foundations, translucent bodies – shelters, septic sewerage tank, alloy office building  with light plasterboard partitions and fireproof wall for  the offices and the warehouse seperation.

Electromechanical Facilities  include a  network of strong currents, weak currents, switching material, lighting network, water supply network, fire extinguishing network, rainwater drainage network, sewage network and electrical installations of industrial installation.

The Electromechanical Facilities of office spaces include a network of strong currents, weak currents, switching material, lighting network, water supply network, fire extinguishing and fire detection network, sewerage network, air conditioning installations, control network and space recording alarm system.
