The building facilities include the construction of a ground floor industrial installation, industrial flooring, special concrete constructions – foundations, translucent bodies – shelters, septic cesspit and cooling chambers for maintenance of medicines.

The Electromechanical Installations include strong current network, weak current network, circuit breakers, lighting network, water supply network, firefighting network, rainwater drainage network, sewage network, electrical facilities of industrial installations.

The Electromechanical installations of office spaces include strong current network, weak current network, circuit breaker material, lighting network, water supply network, fire-fighting and fire-detection network, sewerage network, air-conditioning installations.

The configuration of the surrounding area includes rigid concrete floors, and loading ramps.
