RENOVATION OF A LISTED HOLIDAY HOME – AG. ISIDOROS, LESVOS

Works on the restoration of a conserved two-story neoclassical holiday home, located on the seaside front of Agios Isidoros, have been conducted. Mild damages from the recent earthquake were repaired on the masonry and plasterworks using reinforced mortars. The existing wooden flooring was reconstructed and reinforced, windows were replaced with new thermally insulated aluminum frames with thermal breaks, the wooden roof was reconstructed, and traditional furniture was restored.
