PARTIAL RENOVATION OF A GROUND-FLOOR APARTMENT & RISING DAMP PROOFING – SYKIES, THESSALONIKI

The renovation project includes internal damp proofing of the foundation slab and the walls to prevent rising damp, complete bathroom reconstruction with a redesigned layout for sanitary fixtures, removal of deteriorated plaster and plumbing installations, kitchen renovation with new floor tiling, installation of gypsum board false ceilings, replacement of the electrical network ,interior wall painting, installation of LED lighting in the false ceiling, and replacement of a section of the building’s drainage system.
