FULL APARTMENT RENOVATION & ENERGY UPGRADE – ZAIMI, THESSALONIKI

The works included a full bathroom renovation, construction of a new kitchen, and replacement of the plumbing installations, domestic hot-water (DHW) networks, heating system, and electrical wiring, along with the installation of LED lighting fixtures.
Exterior window and door frames were replaced, and new floor finishes were applied, including ceramic tiles and semi-solid floating floors, as well as tile and gypsum-board wall claddings.
Energy-efficiency upgrades were also carried out, such as external wall insulation using the ETICS system and the construction of suspended ceilings with thermal insulation.
Additionally, the project involved painting of interior surfaces, repairing of balconies/marquis structures, and the creation of new decorative gypsum elements.
