RENOVATION OF A THREE-STOREY DETACHED HOUSE IN GALINI, OREOKASTRO – ENERGY UPGRADE – PARTITIONING & INDEPENDENT OWNERSHIP UNITS

In the single-family house, renovation works were carried out, with per level separation of the new properties involving complete reconstruction of the bathrooms, new spatial arrangement, autonomy, and reconstruction of the heating, plumbing, HVAC, electrical installations, new independent provisions, gas boilers, construction of new kitchens, ethernet networks, installation of alarm systems, placement of power outlets in the surrounding area, automatic installation of rainwater pumps at the entrance of the ground floor, replacement of floor tile coating, construction of false ceilings, sanding and varnishing of wooden floors, installation of new video intercoms, wall and interior door painting, supply and installation of a new electric fence gate.

Energy upgrade works including ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite System), insulation of the tile roof (“cold roof”), replacement of frames with thermally insulated colored synthetic frames and energy-efficient glazing, installation of a selective solar collector with a surface area of 3.0 m2 on the roof, a 200lt capacity boiler, a dual-energy with insulation of ecological polyurethane high-density cast, automatic mode selection arrangement for heating mode ZNX (solar collector-electricity-gas).
